Epsom & Ewell Borough Council have announced that they are upgrading their multi-storey carpark, which adjoins Ashley Centre.
An ANPR system is being installed to replace the current token system.
There will be works in the car park from Monday 14th October, anticipated to last for 2-3 weeks. The car park will still be open throughout.
