As part of our 2026 community partnership programme, we’re delighted to support The Sunnybank Trust, a valued local charity dedicated to helping people with learning disabilities live more independent, confident and fulfilling lives.
The Sunnybank Trust supports people with learning disabilities through opportunities that build confidence, develop skills and encourage greater independence. Its work also helps people feel connected to their communities, build friendships and take part in meaningful activities.
Creating more inclusive communities
Inclusion is an important part of a strong community. The Sunnybank Trust works to make sure people with learning disabilities have opportunities to participate, develop their confidence and feel valued and represented.
Its work also recognises the important role played by families and carers, helping to create supportive networks around the people who use its services.
By supporting The Sunnybank Trust, we’re helping to raise awareness of the importance of inclusive communities where everyone has the opportunity to get involved and feel that they belong.
How you can support The Sunnybank Trust
Following a previous initiative at our centre by The Sunnybank Trust, we’re proud to continue our partnership in 2026, with more activities and initiatives coming soon.
Keep your eyes peeled for The Sunnybank Trust at the centre and look out for opportunities to get involved. Whether that’s taking part in an upcoming initiative, learning more about the charity’s work or simply helping us spread the word, your support can help make our community a more inclusive place for everyone.
