We’re proud to support We Power On as part of our 2026 community partnership programme. The Epsom-based organisation supports men’s mental health and wellbeing by helping men connect with others, talk openly and feel less alone.
We Power On runs weekly Walk + Talk sessions on Epsom Downs, alongside monthly men’s socials, creating regular opportunities for men to spend time together and build a support network in their local community.
Supporting men’s mental health in Epsom
Men can face a range of pressures, from work and financial worries to relationship difficulties and health concerns, while not always feeling able to talk about how they are doing.
We Power On’s Walk + Talk sessions offer a relaxed, judgement-free way to get out, meet others and take some time away from the pressures of everyday life. There’s no pressure to talk or sign up, making the walks accessible to anyone who could benefit from some time outdoors and the opportunity to connect with others.
While the walks are for men, We Power On also recognises the important role played by friends, partners and family members in supporting men’s wellbeing and helping its message reach those who may benefit.
Our partnership with We Power On
Ashley Centre is proud to support organisations that are helping to improve wellbeing and strengthen local connections. Our partnership with We Power On helps raise awareness of the support available to men in the local area and provides an opportunity to share its message with the wider community.
We’re pleased to support We Power On and its work to help men across Epsom feel more connected and supported. Find out more about We Power On, its Walk + Talk sessions and monthly socials at wepoweron.co.uk.
