Update: Limited availability for the Ashley Airport VIP Lounge
Thank you for the amazing response! The Ashley Airport VIP Lounge has been incredibly popular, and most sessions are now fully booked. A small number of spaces may become available due to cancellations. These are limited and expected to go quickly, so we recommend checking the live booking system for the most up-to-date availability.
A limited number of walk-in spaces will also be available each day on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note these are very limited and cannot be guaranteed, so we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.
Ready for take-off?
This summer, young adventurers are invited to check in to the Ashley Airport VIP Lounge, a free interactive experience packed with games, challenges and discoveries from around the world.
Hosted by our friendly cabin crew Daisy Departure and Rosie Runway, and pilot Captain Miles, little explorers will check in and collect their Ashley Centre Summer Passport, filling it with stamps as they take on a series of fun holiday-themed challenges.
Activities include:
- Check in and test your geography skills on our giant map
- Explore our holiday ball pit to uncover travel essentials
- Pack a suitcase against the clock
- Spot the difference
- Create your postcard

The Ashley Airport Passport Trail
The adventure doesn’t stop at the Ashley Airport VIP Lounge.
Take your stamped passport further and follow the trail around Ashley Centre, spotting the missing holiday item hidden in each participating shop window. Along the way, discover how to say a new holiday word in different languages.
Complete the trail and bring your passport to Hatty’s Sweet Shop to claim a sweet treat and 10% off your purchase.
SEND sessions
We will be running weekly SEND sessions, designed with extra care to support children who may experience sensory discomfort or have additional needs.
Our SEND sessions will run at 10am on 24 & 31 July, and 7 & 14 August, offering a calmer, more comfortable environment with reduced capacity, no loud music or sudden sounds, and a gentler pace from our staff.
