Join us at Ashley Centre from 7th to 16th April for an exciting programme of free family-friendly activities this Easter. From hands-on creative workshops to character meet-and-greets and special Easter giveaways, there are many opportunities for children to enjoy interactive and springtime-themed experiences.
Workshops & Activities
SEN-Friendly Sessions
Our relaxed creative workshops on 7th and 16th April are designed specifically for children with additional needs. These sensory-friendly sessions provide a calm and inclusive space where children can take part in Easter-themed activities in a comfortable environment. Sessions last for 45 minutes, starting from 11am, and have limited availability. Booking is required via Eventbrite.
Paper Bunny Mask Decorating – 8th April (1pm – 3pm)
Children can unleash their creativity by designing and decorating their own Easter bunny masks using a variety of colourful craft materials. This hands-on workshop encourages imaginative play and artistic expression.
Easter Acrylic Painting Workshop – 9th April (1pm – 3pm)
A guided painting session where children can design and paint their own Easter-themed masterpiece to take home. Starting from 1pm.
Pastel Hair Braiding – 9th April (12pm – 3pm)
Add a touch of colour this Easter with pastel hair braiding. This light-hearted and interactive activity allows children to experiment with fun and vibrant hairstyles for a festive look.
Face Painting – 12th & 13th April (12pm-3pm )
Children can be transformed into their favourite Easter characters with beautifully detailed face painting by professional artists. Whether they choose to become a bunny, chick, or something more magical, this is a wonderful opportunity for creative expression.

Special Guest Appearance
Meet & Greet with Bing – 13th April (From 11am)
Bing will be making a special appearance at Ashley Centre, giving little fans the chance to meet their favourite character in person and take part in an engaging storytime session.

Easter Egg Giveaways
Easter Treats for Children
Children visiting Ashley Centre will receive free Easter eggs as part of the seasonal celebrations. Easter treats will be handed out while stocks last, adding an extra element of surprise and excitement to the experience.
All activities are free of charge, and no booking is required unless otherwise stated. Families can simply drop in and take part in the fun at their convenience.
