We are very sorry to say that we are unable to open our Santa’s Grotto this year for operational reasons.
We understand this will be disappointing news for families planning to visit, and we apologise for the change. All pre-booked tickets will be fully refunded, with refunds processed automatically.
Meet Santa & The Elves
To make sure that children can have the opportunity to meet Santa, he will be doing a meet-and-greet in the centre throughout the Christmas period at specific times, giving out a free gifts while stocks last. We understand this will be disappointing news for families planning to visit, and we apologise for the change. All pre-booked tickets will be fully refunded, with refunds processed automatically.
Visitors who had booked Grotto tickets will be able to skip the queue and will be guaranteed a free gift. Simply present your original booking confirmation to one of Santa’s Elves on arrival.
Meet and Greet Dates:
The meet-and-greet will take place in the centre at the big Christmas tree opposite Monsoon on the dates below, during the following times (unless stated):

- Friday 28th – Sunday 30th November
- Friday 5th December – Sunday 7th December
- Friday 12th December – Sunday 14th December
- Friday 19th – Wednesday 24th December
- Christmas Eve (24 Dec): 11am–3:30pm, with a break 1–1:30pm
Opening times
- 11am – 1pm
- 1:30pm – 3pm
- 3:30pm – 5pm
Advance booking is not required, but queues are expected, so we recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.
