Terms & conditions – “Guess the Eggs in the Bunny Belly” competition, Ashley Centre

  • Promoter
      • The promoter of this competition is the Ashley Centre, Epsom.
  • Competition Period
    • The competition will run from 30 March 2026 to 13 April 2026 at 18:00 (BST). Entries received after this time will not be counted.
  • Eligibility
    • The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
    • Employees of the Ashley Centre and their immediate families, as well as any agencies connected with the competition, are not eligible to enter.
  • How to Enter
    • To enter, participants must submit their guess of how many eggs are inside the bunny display.
    • Entries can be made by either:
    • Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
  • The Prize
    • The winner will receive £250 worth of vouchers for the Ashley Centre.
    • The vouchers will be split across four selected stores within the centre.
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • Winner Selection
    • The winner will be the entrant whose guess is closest to the actual number of eggs contained within the bunny.
    • In the event of a tie (multiple correct or equally close guesses), a winner will be selected at random from those tied entries.
    • The winner will be drawn on 14 April 2026.
  • Winner Notification
    • The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
    • If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • General Conditions
    • The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances arise outside of its control.
    • By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Data Protection
    • Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Governing Law
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
